My name is Julia Rooney, and I am a 3L at New York Law School. While earning my J.D., I am also pursuing a Certificate in Fashion Law (I’m like the prototype for a Miranda Hobbes/Carrie Bradshaw baby).

Legally Beau Monde is my own personal blog, dedicated to legal topics that excite me. Mostly focused on the evolving forte of Fashion Law, my articles aim to educate and excite the interested layman too.

Fashion Law, to me, includes Sports, Retail, Food, Technology, Media, and Beyond. Getting my legal education in New York City, the capital of American Fashion, is a dream.
